摘　　要：以碳排放大省内蒙古自治区旅游业为研究对象,通过文献研究与统计方法相结合的方法定量测算内蒙古自治区旅游业能源消耗和碳排放情况,结果可以表明一方面旅游业是低能耗、低排放的朝阳产业,可以大力发展;同时测算也显示内蒙古旅游业还是有一定的能耗和碳排放的,2010年内蒙古旅游业的能源消耗为73.53 PJ,碳排放总量为7.368 Mt,可见还具有一定的节能减排空间。据此提出构建"三位一体"的内蒙古旅游业低碳发展模式;制定旅游低碳认证制度,完善奖惩机制,规范发展低碳旅游;建设旅游低碳实验示范区(点);宣传低碳旅游理念,增强游客环保意识等策略,以期降低内蒙古旅游业碳排放。This paper takes the tourism method of combining literature research in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous and statistic method for quantitative Region as the research object. Through the analysis of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region tourism industry of energy consumption and carbon emissions, the paper shows that a tourism is low emission of the sunrise industry that can develop greatly; at the same time calculations also shows that Inner Mongolia tourism industry has a certain energy consumption and carbon emissions. It proposes some strategies to reduce carbon emission of tourism industry in Inner Mongolia.
