摘　　要：目的了解农村留守妇女的睡眠质量及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对南坝镇农村妇女进行分层随机抽样调查,对比分析农村留守与非留守妇女的睡眠质量。结果留守妇女较非留守睡眠质量差,其睡眠质量与其年龄、健康状况、心理情况等均有关系。结论留守妇女睡眠质量较低,相关部门应从多层面关爱留守妇女。Objective To learn sleep status and factors associated with sleep quality of women left in the rural areas. Methods Our self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the countryside women from Nanba town. Sleep quality of women left in the rural areas was compared with that of countryside women lived with their husband. Results Sleep quality of women left in the rural areas was worse than that of countryside women lived with their husband. Factors associated with sleep quality of women left in the rural areas were age, education degree and health status. Conclusion The sleep quality of the women left in the rural areas is poor. It is urgent to take integrated measures to improve their sleep quality.
