摘 要:目的比较腹腔血与静脉血血型抗体效价,探讨用腹腔血进行交叉配血的可行性。方法用试管法和微柱凝胶法对40名患者腹腔血及其静脉血进行IgM、IgG血型抗体效价测定。结果试管法所测静脉血IgM抗-A、抗-B效价分别有19例和20例高于腹腔血,微柱凝胶法所测静脉血IgM抗-A、抗-B效价分别有13例和14例高于腹腔血。经2-巯基乙醇灭活IgM抗体后,静脉血IgG抗-A、抗-B试管法检出分别18例和22例,其中分别有13例和11例效价高于腹腔血,微柱凝胶法检出分别24例和30例,其中分别有9例和8例效价高于腹腔血。仅试管法IgM抗-A效价静脉血与腹腔血有明显差别(P<0.05),其余各组间均无统计学差别(P>0.05)。结论腹腔血的血型抗体效价与静脉血有一定差异,但统计学无差别,考虑到腹腔血液的小凝块、溶血会对交叉配血结果造成影响,出于安全考虑,不宜将腹腔血液进行交叉配血。Objective To compare the blood group antibody in celiac blood and venous blood and explore the necessity of cross matching with the celiac blood of blood. Methods In the samples of 40 patients, IgM, IgG blood group anti-body titers of celiac blood and venous blood were determined by the tube method and micro column gel method. Results With tube metyod IgM anti -A, anti -B titers of venous blood 19 cases in 20 cases were higher than the celiac blood. With micro column gel method venous blood 13 cases in 14 cases IgM anti -A,anti -B titers were higher than the celiac blood. After 2- mercaptocthanol inactivated IgM antibody ,venous blood IgG anti-A ,anti-B were check out 18 cases and 22 cases respectively by tube method,there were 13 cases and 11 cases higher than that of celiac blood. As tested with micro column gel method to 24 cases and 30 cases respectively, there were 9 cases and 8 cases higher than that of celiac blood. With tube method group IgM anti -A titer of venous blood and celiac blood were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there was no significant difference between the other groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is certain difference blood anti- body titer between celiac blood and venous blood, but no statistical significant difference, taking into account the facts that the small clots of celiac blood and hemolysis which might impact on the cross matching results, noneccssity to blood cross matching for celiac blood.
