广西4个少数民族ABO血型分布及基因频率调查

摘　　要：目的了解广西侗、壮、苗、瑶族4个少数民族人群中ABO血型分布及基因频率特点，为本地区制定合理的采供血计划、防治新生儿ABO溶血病提供科学依据。方法随机整群抽取广西侗、壮、苗、瑶族4个少数民族无关个体共6818名进行ABO血型鉴定和分析。结果广西侗、壮、苗、瑶族4个少数民族人群中ABO血型分布特征为O〉B〉A〉AB；基因频率r〉P〉q，均有r（O）基因频率较高的特点，除了瑶族O基因频率为0．5865，其余3个民族人群O基因频率均超过0．65。表型分布符合Hardy—weintIerg平衡法则。民族指数在0．7636～0．9681之间。结论广西侗、壮、苗、瑶族4个少数民族人群中ABO血型分布显示地区民族特征，具有较高O基因频率特点。Objective： To study the distribution of ABO Blood-groups and gene frequencies among the ethnic people of Dong, Zhuang,Miao and Yao in Guangxi province in China for preparing donor recruitment and blood collection more efficiently. Methods 6 818 samples randomly collected from the ethnic people,whose ABO phenotypes have been tested with moneclonal reagents and the gene frequencies in question have been analyzed statistically. Results The frequencies of ABO blood type were O 〉 B 〉 A 〉 AB and gene frequencies were r 〉 p 〉 q for all of the four ethnic. Except that the frequency of O is 0.586 at Yao,the frequencies of rest ethnic people were more than 0.65. The distribution of ABO blood type among those ethnic people met Hardy-Weinberg. Index ranged from 0. 763 6 to 0. 968 1. Conclusion That the patterns of ABO blood type＇ s distribution and gene frequency among the ethnic people people have shown to be of O 〉 B 〉 A 〉 AB and r 〉 q 〉 p.
