摘 要:采用CWAO(催化湿式空气氧化)法处理甲基橙模拟印染废水,以过量浸渍法制备催化剂,以水样COD Cr去除率和脱色率表征催化剂的活性,以催化剂使用后处理出水中溶出的金属离子质量浓度表征催化剂的稳定性.结果表明,多组分催化剂的金属组分构成为Cu、Fe、La,m(Cu)∶m(Fe)∶m(La)为1∶1∶2,35℃下动态共浸渍8 h,450℃下焙烧3 h,由此制备得到Cu-Fe-La/FSC催化剂.应用该催化剂,以CWAO法处理模拟印染废水,废水COD Cr去除率和脱色率可分别达到79.1%和98.9%,催化剂的活性较高;使用该催化剂处理后的废水中Cu、Fe、La、Al的溶出量(以ρ计)分别为6.1、2.4、2.2、3.2 mg/L,说明金属元素的溶出量较低,催化剂的稳定性较高.As an advanced oxidation technology, catalytic wet oxidation (CWAO) method has been developed in recent few decades for treating non-biochemical organic wastewater. It is a chemical process with a high temperature (125-320℃) and high pressure (0.5-20.0MPa) under the conditions of oxygen or air as oxidant. The organic pollutants decompose onto inorganic or organic small molecules, such as carbon dioxide and water. The catalyst preparation is the key step for CWAO, and the composite multicomponent load type catalysts of transition metal and rare-earth metal were studied in this paper. The methyl orange analog dyeing wastewater was treated with the CWAO method. The catalysts were prepared with an excessive impregnation method. The catalyst activity was evaluated with the CODCr removal rates and decolorization removal rates, while the catalyst stability was evaluated with the concentrations of metal ions dissolved in the treated wastewater. The results showed that the compositions of multicomponent metal catalysts were Cu, Fe, La, and the composition ratio was m(Cu)∶m(Fe)∶m(La)=1∶1∶2, and the dipping conditions are at 35℃, for 8h at dynamic and common impregnation, and the calcination conditions are at 450℃, for 3h. Using the catalyst of Cu-Fe-LaFSC, the simulated dyeing and printing wastewater was treated by the CWAO method, and the CODCr removal rate and the decolorization rate of wastewater reached 79.1% and 98.9% respectively, this indicated that the activity of catalyst is higher; After the catalyst is used in the wastewater treated, the dissolution concentrations of metal element Cu, Fe, La, Al are 6.1,2.4,2.2,3.2mg/L, so the dissolution concentrations of the metal elements are low, so the stability of the catalysts is higher. This study provides a scientific basis to develop the rare-earth composite catalysts for the printing and dyeing wastewater treating in the CWAO process.
