摘　　要：本文分析了认知可靠性与错误分析方法(CREAM)的概念、特点及使用流程,并详述了其在输液泵可靠性分析中的应用,指出该方法可以定量地评测操作者在医疗器械使用过程中的失误概率,使医疗器械风险评估更加完善。This paper analyzes the concept, characteristics and use flow of cognitive reliability and error analysis method （CREAM）, and detailedly introduces its application process in the reliability analysis of infusion pump. This paper points out that the risk assessment of medical equipment can be improved with the application of CREAM which can evaluate the miss probability of operators during the usage process of medical equipment.
