摘 要:目的探讨SPECT/CT融合显像在99Tcm-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)甲状腺亲肿瘤显像中的临床价值。方法 103例甲状腺冷结节患者先行99Tcm-MIBI双时相(15 min与2 h)显像,后行SPECT/CT同机断层融合,结果与病理检查结果进行比较。结果 99Tcm-MIBI双时相法对甲状腺结节性质良恶性鉴别的灵敏度、特异度和准确性分别为59.1%、49.4%、51.4%,SPECT/CT融合显像诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确性分别为81.8%、76.5%、77.7%。结论 SPECT/CT融合显像在甲状腺99Tcm-MIBI亲肿瘤显像中可提高诊断准确性,为临床提供可靠信息。Objective To explore the clinical value of SPECT-CT fusion imaging in ^99Tcm-methoxy isobutyl isonitrile (MIBI) thyroid scintigraphy. Methods 103 patients with nonfunctional thyroid nodules were examined by using dual-phase ^99Tcm-MIBI thyroid scintigraphy (15min and 2h) and then examined by using SPECT-CT fusion imaging. The results of 103 patients achieved through dual- phase ~Tcm-MIBI thyroid scintigraphy and SPECT-CT fusion imaging were compared with those of pathological examination. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of dual-phase 99Tcm-MIBI thyroid scintigraphy in diagnosing benign and malignant of nonfunctional thyroid nodules were 59.1%, 49.4% and 51.4%, respectively while those of SPECT-CT fusion imaging were 81.8%, 76.5% and 77.7%, respectively. Conclusion The diagnosis accuracy of 99Tcm-MIBl thyroid scintigraphy in nonfunctional thyroid nodules can be improved with the application of SPECT-CT fusion imaging, who can provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis.
