摘　　要：提出建立一套完善的ODN网络管理系统方案,并基于电子标签技术对光配线网资源进行全生命周期的管理,完善了运营支撑系统OSS平台对ODN资源的管理和任务调度,实现变无源的"哑"资源为"可说话"的资源。In the paper, a scheme is proposed to perfect ODN management system on a basis of controlling over full life cycle of ODN resources with electronic tags. In this way the ODN management system is not on- ly be used for controlling the resources of ODN but also scheduling task under the operation support system platform. Moreover, the ＇speak＇ function of passive optical resources can be realized.
