摘 要:针对联合收割机实时监测谷物产量的需要,提出了一种基于称重法的产量测量方法,采用电阻应变式压力传感器对收获谷物进行称重测量,将采集的数据经过放大电路、A/D转换后传送给单片机进行计算处理,根据传感器采集的数据建立回归预测模型计算当前谷物产量。该系统可以对谷物产量进行实时监测并在液晶屏上显示和存储。To meet the needs of combine-harvester monitoring the grain yield anytime, this paper puts forward a yeild measuring way based on the weighing method. In the design, resistance strain-type pressure sensor gets used to weigh the grain. In the next step, the acquired data will be transferred by the amplifying circuit and A/D. Finally, the data will be sent to the SCM to finish the calculation. According to the data from the sensor, it builds a regression model to calculate the present grain yield. This system could accomplish the real-time monitoring to the grain yield and make the data dis- played and stored on the LCD screen.
