摘 要:通过研究卧式双搅龙饲料混合搅拌机的结构、特点及其混合原理,分析了物料在混合机内产生的混合、剪切、揉搓及对流运动,提出一种适用于肉羊全混合日粮的加工制作设备,能够将各种精、粗饲料按照一定的比例配方混合搅拌均匀,从而提高饲料营养均衡性及适口性。运用Solidorks对卧式双搅龙饲料混合搅拌机相关部件建模,特别对其核心部件—双螺旋搅龙结构参数进行设计及理论分析。整机性能实验结果表明,该机混料均匀度为91.1%,投料稳定性93.4%,主要性能指标达到设计要求。The mixture, shear, kneading and convection movement of the material in the mixer were analysed, which based on studying the structure, characteristics and mixing principle of the horizontal double-stirring mixer. Puts forward a suitable mixing ration processing production equipment for mutton sheep, it can be able to mixed according to certain proportion formula with various fine and roughage, to improve the feeding nutrition balance and palatability. Related com- ponents of the horizontal double-stirring mixer were modeled with using Solidworks, especially for its core parts. That was the design and theoretical analysis of the structure parameters of stirring double-helix. The performance test demonstrate that the mixing uniformity rate is 91.1% , the feeding stability rate is 93.4% , the main performance index attained the design requirement
