摘  要:运用UG软件对1110型农用柴油机的气缸盖进行三维实体建模,并将其导入ANSYS软件进行有限元网格划分;然后,运用ANSYS WORKBENCH对原气缸盖在最大爆发工况下的强度进行了有限元计算,并对其结果进行分析;最后,对原气缸盖进行结构优化,并对优化后的气缸盖进行有限元分析,将得到的结果与原气缸盖计算结果进行比较。结果表明,优化后气缸盖上的最大机械应力比原气缸盖上的最大机械应力减小了8MPa,在一定程度上提高了气缸盖的强度,延长了气缸盖的使用寿命,可以为单缸柴油机的结构优化和新机型的开发提供一定的理论依据。Establishing the three-dimensional entity model of cylinder head of 1110 agricultural diesel engine by UG soft ware and obtaining the finite model of it by ANSYS software. And then, structure analysis of the cylinder head was con- ducted by ANSYS WORKBENCH under the biggest outbreak conditions, and the results were analyzed in this paper. Fi nally, the original cylinder head structure was improved, and the finite analysis was conducted on the improved cylinder head, the results were compared with the original cylinder head calculation. The results show that the maximum mechani cal stress in the improved cylinder head was reduced 8MPa than the original cylinder head. To a certain extent, it im proved the strength of the cylinder head and prolonged the service life of the cylinder head. And it can provide certain theory basis for the structure improvement of single cylinder diesel engine and the development of new type diesel.
