摘　　要：妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠与高血压并存的一组疾病,是妊娠期特有的一种系统性疾病,是母体、胎盘、胎儿等众多因素参与的综合结果。子痫前期多器官功能损害发生早,对母婴危害大,但至今病因不明,本文对该病发病及死亡情况、病因及影响因素、研究现状及未来展望进行简述,旨在与同道们共同关注。Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy is a group of diseases coexist. It is a pregnancy - specific systemic disease. It is the result of many factors in maternal, placental, fetal and other participation. Preeclampsia multiple organ dysfunction occurs early which has great harm to the mother and fetus, but so far the etiology is unknown. The morbidity and mortality, the etiology and influencing factors, study status and outlook were discussed in this paper, which was hoped to draw the common concern of preeclampsia.
