摘 要:为了探讨氟化物对家蚕代谢机制的影响,以家蚕耐氟品种T6和氟化物敏感品种734为研究材料,从5龄起蚕开始分别添食经50,100,200,400mg/kg NaF溶液浸泡后的新鲜桑叶,检测家蚕血液和中肠中海藻糖含量的变化.结果表明,血液中,随着添氟浓度的增加,734添氟组海藻糖含量约是对照组的0.89,0.95,0.65和0.61倍,T6约是对照组的0.82,0.86,0.87和0.89倍.734的3个低浓度添氟组和2个高浓度添氟组之间的差异极显著(p<0.01),而T6各处理组之间的差异均不显著;在中肠中,随着添氟浓度的增加,734添氟组海藻糖含量约是对照组的0.79,1.04,1.18和1.30倍,T6组约是对照组的0.66,0.76,0.68和0.67倍.734对照组和最高浓度添氟组之间的差异显著(p<0.05),50mg/kg NaF处理组与2个高浓度添氟组之间的差异极显著,T6对照组与各添氟组之间的差异极显著(p<0.01).氟化物能使耐氟家蚕血液和中肠,以及敏感家蚕血液中的海藻糖含量降低,却能使敏感家蚕中肠组织中海藻糖含量升高.推测家蚕中海藻糖含量与蚕体的耐氟性能有一定的相关性.The larvae of the fluoride-resistant silkworm (Bombyr mori) strain T6 and the fluoride sensi tivc slrain 734 were fed with mulberry leaves soaked in 0, 50, 100, 200 or 400 mg/kg NaF solution for 11 rain from the first day of the fifth instar, tissue samples of the larvae were taken daily for 7 days, and the content of trehalose in their hemolymph and midgut was determined, so as to explore the influence of NaF on the metabolic mechanism of this insect. In the hemolymph, with increasing fluoride concentration, the content of trehalose was 0.89, 0.95, 0.65 and 0.61 times that of the control group in 734, and 0.82, 0.86, 0.87 and0.89 times that of the control group in T6. Extremely significant differences (p〈0.01) in trebalosc content were observed between the three lower NaF (0, 50 and 100 mg/kg) treatments and the two extremely NaF (200 and 400 mg/kg) treatments in 734, while no significant differences existed among the Ireatments in T6. In the midgut, with increasing fluoride concentration, the content of trehalose was 0.79, 1.04, 1.18 and 1.30 times that of the control group in 734 and 0.66, 0.76, 0.68 and 0.67 times thai of the control group in T6. For 734, the highest concentration NaF-treated group showed significant diffcrvnccs with the control group (p〈0.05) in trehalose content, and extremely significant differences (p 〈0. 01) were noticed between the 50 mg/kg NaF treated group and the two groups with higher NaF con ccntration (200 and 400 mg/kg). ForT6, the control group showed extremely significant differences (p〈 0.01) in trehalosccontent from all the NaF-treatedgroups. Fluoride decreased the trehalose content in the: hemolyph and midgut of fluoride resistant silkworm and in the hemolyph of fluoride sensitive silkworm, but it increased the trehalose content in the midgut of fluoride sensitive silkworm. These results sugges ted, in a certain extent, that trehalose content may be related, to fluoride resistance in silkworm.
