摘  要:热防护性是防火服最重要的功能之一.基于"东华火人"燃烧假人系统对民用防火服的整体热防护性能进行客观测评,采用捺印法测量燃烧前后服装表面的热收缩形变.结果表明,服装的热防护性能不仅取决于面料的热防护性能,还与服装的款式结构设计、辅料的性能及服装的使用环境密切相关.利用燃烧假人系统可以预测人体皮肤受到二度和三度烧伤的部位及程度,从而对被测服装的整体热防护性能进行评估,服装表面的收缩形变在一定程度上也可反映服装的热防护能力.TPP (thermal protective performance) is one of the most significant functions of fire proof suits. With the Donghua flame testing manikin system, the overall thermal protective performance of fire-proof suits was objectively evaluated. The thermal shrinkage deformation of the garment before and after the exposure was measured by comparing the dimensional change of the seals marked on the back side of the fabric. The result showed that the thermal protective performance of the garment depended not only on the material, but also on the design and structure the clothing, and on the property of accessories as well as the application environment. With the flame manikin testing system, the location of second- and third degree burn injury on the skin could be predicted, according to which the overall thermal protective performance of a garment was evaluated. Thermal shrinkage deformation of the garment could, to some extent, reflect the clothing thermal protection property.
