填精通络方联合雌激素治疗雌激素低反应性子宫内膜薄的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨填精通络方联合雌激素治疗雌激素低反应性子宫内膜薄患者的临床效果。方法对45例用大剂量雌激素治疗仍子宫内膜薄且等待体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的肾虚血瘀证妇女,给予填精通络方联合雌激素治疗6个月经周期,比较治疗前后子宫内膜厚度和形态,治疗后半年随访妊娠情况。结果:治疗后卵泡成熟时子宫内膜厚度及形态均优于治疗前(P<0.01、P<0.05),内膜改善率为82.22%。半年内妊娠率为68.89%。结论:填精通络方联合雌激素治疗雌激素低反应性子宫内膜薄疗效较好。Objective： To investigate effects of Tianjing Tongluo Recipe combined with estrogen on endometrial thick- ness and appearance. Methods： Forty--five women with persistent thin endometrium who had received high--doses of estrogen and were waiting for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF--ET） were recruited. Women with syn- drome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were given Tianjing Tongluo Recipe and estrogen for 6 menstrual cycles. The changes of endometrial thickness and pattern were compared before and after treatment, and the pregnancy rate was evaluated 6 months after the treatment by follow--up survey. Results： Endometrial thickness and appearance at the follicle maturation after the treatment were significantly better, and the endometrial improvement rate was 82.22%. The pregnancy rate was 68.89% in six months follow--ups. Conclusion： Tianjing Tongluo Recipe combined with estrogen has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of thin endometrium with estrogen hyporesponsiveness.
