蜡疗配合关节松动术对膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨蜡疗配合关节松动术治疗膝关节周围骨折术后关节功能的临床疗效。方法:收集本院80例膝关节周围骨折术后患者的临床资料,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,治疗组给予蜡疗配合关节松动术,对照组给予单一的关节松动术,比较2组患者的疗效、膝关节活动范围(ROM)和Lysholm评分。结果:治疗组优24例,良14例,优良率为95%;对照组优15例,良13例,优良率为70%,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的膝关节ROM和Lysholm评分治疗组明显好于对照组,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节周围骨折术后进行早期给予蜡疗配合关节松动术的治疗方法更有利于患者膝关节功能的恢复,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of keritherapy and joint mobilization techniques after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint .Methods： 80 cases after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint were collected , and divided randomly into treat-ment group and control group , 40 cases in each group .The treatment group was treated by keritherapy and joint mobilization techniques , while the control group was only treated by joint mobilization techniques .Then curative effect , knee-joint ROM and Lysholm score were compared.Results：In the treatment group, 24 cases were excellent, 14 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 95%,In the con-trol group, 15 cases were excellent, 13 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 70%;there was a significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05）.The knee-joint ROM and Lysholm score in treatment group were higher than the control group , there were significant differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conc lusion：Early keritherapy with joint mobilization after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint is helpful for knee function recovery .
