栓孔配合间隙对剪切刚度和疲劳寿命的影响

摘　　要：针对螺栓连接件疲劳寿命分散性问题，对某型飞机机翼主梁上的一种典型螺栓和连接孔进行测量，获得栓孔的配合间隙分布数据。通过一组同一尺寸单个螺栓连接件的试验，得出一簇P－δ曲线；通过统计分析，得出该种连接件螺栓刚度的分布区间。采用考虑间隙影响的P－δ曲线，对螺栓连接件进行寿命估算和验证试验，得出相当吻合的结论。 In view of the fatigue life dispersivity of bolted fastenings the distribution of bolt-hole clearance is derived by measuring the diameters of the typical bolts and holes in the wing spars of an aircraft． By employing a group of single bolted specimens in the stiffness test of bolts a cluster of P－δ curves for bolt fastening is obtained．A distribution interval for the shearing stiffness of the bolts is drawn by a reliability analysis． The fatigue life of the bolt fastenings is not only estimated by using P－δ curves affected by fit clearance but also tested by some typical specimens． Both theoretical and experimental results tally with each other．
