复合材料补片胶接修补结构的有限元分析

摘　　要：采用有限元分析方法，研究了裂纹板胶接复合材料补片后，裂纹尖端的应力强度因子值。结果表明增加补片的宽度和厚度，或者减小补片的长度，都可以提高结构的修补效果。 Based on the finite element method a numerical investigation into the reduction in the stress intensity factorsSIF at the crack tip of cracked plates bonded with composite patches is presented here in the paper． In general increasing the width and thickness of a patch or reducing its length will improve repair efficiency．
