摘　　要：建筑设计从来不是建筑师一个人的独角戏,它须将建筑师的理想和各种人群的需求,以及千变万化的现实情况有机整合。试以湖南神塑科技有限公司综合楼为例,建筑师在设计中并未因受限较少就随心所欲,而是时刻保持自我约束的状态,通过梳理各种隐性条件,以一种理性的逻辑思维在基地、形态、剖面、材质等方面寻求切入点,最终达到企业形象与建筑体量相得益彰的效果,并获得各方的高度认可。Architectural design is never architect-centered.It needs the combination of architects＇ conceptions,different group＇s needs and various real project conditions.Architects are always in a selfdiscipline condition even there would be rare restrictions.By organizing latent acquirements,architects have found out an idea from sites,forms,sections and materials,and finally get a satisfied result by all participants.
