摘　　要：CBD交通系统存在着交通拥堵现象多发、交通资源利用不合理、交通换乘存在弊端以及高层建筑空间可达度不足等阻力因素。本文试图从减少交通总量、改进路网模式、优化建筑布局等角度提出解决策略,建立一种普适性的CBD规划模型。The CBD traffic system exist several resistance fa-ctors of traffic jams phenomenon happens, unreasonable reso-urce utilization, the disadvantages of traffic transfer as wel as the less space degree of high buildings and so on. This article at empts put forward the solving strategies from the angle of reducing traffic volume, improving the road network model, and optimizing the architectural layout to establish a universal CBD planning model.
