县域城镇体系规划的城乡发展评价框架创新

摘　　要：本文以河南省周口市沈丘县为例,提出了"发展结构差异分析-城乡统筹现状评价-发展潜力分析"三阶段的城乡发展评价框架。结果证明,三阶段城乡评价框架可有效实现城乡发展,并提供了城镇体系统筹规划的有力支撑。In this article, the author takes Zhoukou city Shen Qiuxian in Henan as an example, and puts forward three stages of urban and rural development evaluation framework of“Va-riance analysis in the structure of development the evaluation of urban and rural status quo-development potential analysis”. The results show that the three stages of urban and rural eva-luation framework can effectively realize the urban and rural development and provide the strong support of urban system whole planning.
