摘　　要：本文从SKETCHUP软件和BIM的特点入手,拟对建设项目采用基于SKETCHUP的建筑信息模型(SU-BIM)平台对工程项目进行辅助管理的可行性进行分析,探讨SU-BIM在实际工程项目中的应用思路和前景,以期对工程项目基于SU-BIM的管理起到一个探索作用。This paper starts from the characteristics of softw-are SKETCHUP and BIM, will make a feasibility analysis on the construction project by building information model based on SKETCHUP （SU-BIM） platform to assist the management of project, discusses the application ideas and prospects of SU-BIM in practical project, with a view to play an exploratory ac-tion on the engineering project management based on SU-BI-M.
