摘　　要：据最新媒体报道数据显示,当前我国城市总耗能中,建筑供热采暖耗能占到32%以上,节能现状问题表现突出。研究供热采暖节能,开发城市住宅供热采暖节能潜力,在当前形势下对有效利用资源,提高资源利用率有着十分重要的现实意义。According to the latest media reports data shows, at present our country city total energy, building heating energy consumption accounted for more than 32%, energy-saving sit-uation performance is outstanding. Study on heating energy sa-ving, develop city residential heating energy saving potential, has a very important practical significance in the current situa-tion on the effective use of resources, improve resource utiliz-ation.
