摘　　要：人工挖孔桩因其施工方便、进度快等优势常用于高层建筑中。论文以江苏某项目人工挖孔桩施工为背景,以监理的视角阐述在监理工作中对人工挖孔桩的过程控制,对类似高层建筑施工有较好的参考意义。Artificial dig-hole pile often used in high-rise buil-dings because of its convenient construction, fast progress and so on. This article takes a project manual hand-dug pile constr-uction in Jiangsu as the background, and elaborates the process control of the artificial dig-hole pile in the supervision work w-ith the view of supervision so as to provide bet er reference for similar high-rise building construction.
