摘　　要：备品备件是设备上的所属配件,备品备件的合理储存关系着电力系统的良好运行。加强备品备件的管理工作,在建立完善的制度、划分明确的职责基础上,要加强备件申请、审核、上报、领用、验货、入库、储存、出库、回收。只有做好这每一个环节,才能保证备品备件库存不积压,不出现现场供应不足等现象。The spare part is the accessory equipment, reasona-ble storage of spare part related to the good operation of electr-ic power system. Strengthening the spare parts management, on the basis of establishing a perfect system, clear responsibil-ities division, to strengthen the spare part apply, audit, report, consuming, inspection, warehousing, storage, ex-warehouse.
