粗光栅线位移数控转换器的原理研究

摘　　要：粗光栅线位移传感器有很多优点 ,必须加上数控转换器后 ,才能与流行的数控系统接口。本文详细介绍了数控转换器的工作原理 ,进而介绍了电路原理和程序流程图 ,对数控转换器系统作了深入的研究。The coarse grating linear displacement measuring Sensor has many advantages.But only with a numerical control converte r,it can be interfaced with current NC machine tools.The paper elaborates the pr inciple of numerical control converter,which converts the phase modulated signal into increasing signal,then analyzes the signal timing and introduces the circu it principle and program flow diagram.
