摘 要:F12 7和P12 3二种胶束相比较 ,后者的cmc值很低 ,并生成聚集数相当大的非球形胶束 ,内核成分在 30~ 4 0℃范围内基本由PPO组成 ,这种内核具有大体积且基本上由PPO构成的胶束是增溶的良好载体 .F12 7胶束很厚的PEO外壳使其在水中的分散性能好 。The composition of the core of Pluronic F127 and P123 micelles in aqueous solution has been measured by steady fluorescence emission spectrum using pyrene as a probe. Hydration of the micelle shell has been also examined using viscosity measurements. P123 had a considerably lower value of critical micelle concentration of cmc compared with F127. Within the range between 30-40℃, the core of P123 micelle mainly consisted of PPO blocks. The aggregation number of P123 micelle was 2.8 fold larger than that of F127 micelle. In summary, P123 micelles are very good microcarriers for solubilization of hydrophobic hydrocarbons. On the other hand, strong hydration in very thick shell round F127 micelle core was observed, which resulted in a good dispersion of F127 micelles in aqueous solution. At a higher temperature of 40℃, F127 micelle core consisted mainly also of PPO blocks. Therefore, F127 micelle is another choice of microcarrier for solubilization at a higher temperature.
