磁共振扩散张量多参数成像对原发性开角型青光眼的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）对双侧视放射结构的影响.方法 30例POAG患者与30例正常组,比较2组DTI参数FA值、MD值差异,及FA值、MD值与其损伤程度的相关性.结果 POAG组的FA值较正常组明显降低、MD值较正常组明显升高,FA值与其损伤程度呈负相关（r=-0.447 6,P＜0.000 1）、MD值与其损伤程度呈正相关（r=0.608 9,P＜0.000 1）.结论 DTI成像FA值、MD值及与POAG损伤程度的相关性可用以评估POAG损伤的严重程度.Objective To explore diffusion tensor imaging（DTI） findings of the structure of the double side optic radiation for primary open-angle glaucoma（POAG）.Methods DTI FA value and MD value were compared for 30 cases of POAG patients and 30 cases of normal group.And the correlation between FA,MD value and the severity of disease was presented.Results The FA value on POAG group was significantly lower than that on normal group,The MD value on POAG group was obviously higher than that on normal group.FA value was negatively correlated with the severity （r=-0.4476,P＜0.0001）.The MD value was positively correlated with the severity （r=0.6089,P＜0.0001）.Conclusion The correlation of FA,MD value with POAG damage degree can be used to evaluate the severity of POAG.
