摘　　要：目的 探讨低剂量对比剂TRICKS磁共振脉冲序列在四肢病变中的临床应用价值.方法 60例四肢病变患者行低剂量对比剂TRICKS检查,全部病例均由手术病理或保守治疗痊愈证实.使用GE Signa 1.5T HDxt扫描机及GE ADW4.4工作站.图像后处理采用血管重建（MIP、VR）及病变内血流动力学变化规律分析.结果 60例患者中,检查成功率为100％,诊断准确率为98.3％.血运丰富的病变强化明显,可清楚见到血管与病变之间的结构关系;血运贫乏的病变组织显影欠佳,但血管结构清楚可见.结论 低剂量对比剂TRICKS应用有助于观察血管与病变之间的结构关系,有助于病变性质分析,对病变的明确诊断及手术方案拟定起辅助作用.Objective To explore the clinical application of low-dose contrast TRICKS in extremities disease.Methods 60 patients with extremities disease who underwent low-dose contrast TRICKS in our hospital were collected.All cases were confirmed by surgery or cure.Patients were scanned on GE Signa 1.5T HDxt scanner.3D reconstruction was performed by GE ADW4.4 work station.Image post-processing included vascular reconstruction and analysis of hemodynamics changes.Results The success rate was 100％,the diagnostic accuracy was 98％.There were obvious enhancements in the lesions which have rich blood flow,the structural relationship between the blood vessels and lesions can be seen clearly; the lesions which have poor blood flow didn＇t enhanced obviously,but vascular structures were well delineated.Conclusion The application of low-dose contrast TRICKS contribute to observing the structural relationship between the blood vessels and lesions,conducive to understanding the nature of disease.It will help the doctor to diagnose disease clearly and to carry out operation plan.
