两种伊缘蝽(半翅目:姬缘蝽科)的染色体研究

摘　　要：研究了中国姬缘蝽科伊缘蝽属的黄伊缘蝽 Rhopalusmaculatus( Fieber)和褐伊缘蝽 Rhopalus sapporensis( Matsumura)的核型及其染色体的减数分裂行为 .两个种的染色体数目均为 2 n( ) =1 3,具 1对 m染色体和 XO性别决定机制 ;在染色体行为方面表现种的特异性 .在褐伊缘蝽中的一些细胞中发现了The karyotypes and the meiosis behavior of Rhopalus maculatus (Fieber) and Rhopalus sapporensis (Matsumura) were studied in male germ cells prepared on air dried slides stained with Giemsa. Results showed that these two species have the typical number of 13 chromosomes for the family Rhopalidae, a XO sex chromosome and a pair of m chromosome. The behavior of meiosis exhibits different features respectively and R. sapporensis has supernumerary chromosomes.$$$$
