摘  要:目的探讨低剂量螺旋CT扫描对鼻骨影像的诊断价值。方法将120例行鼻骨CT扫描的患者分为A、B、C、D四组,每组30人,A组采用150mAs曝光,B组采用100mAs曝光,C组采用50mAs曝光,D组采用care dose4D技术,根据管电压分为两组,其余参数相同,所得图像行薄层重建,对不同组别的剂量长度乘积(DLP)进行比较,行单因素方差分析。结果随着管电流下降,辐射剂量降低,A、B、C三组比较具有统计学意义,C组与D1组辐射剂量比较不具有统计学意义,而图像质量评价有统计学意义,D1组优于C组,而D2组具有更低的辐射剂量。结论自动化实时动态放射剂量调节技术可自动调整管电流强度,在保证诊断图像质量的前提下,可有效减少辐射剂量,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of low dose spiral CT scanning in diagnosing nasal bone. Methods The 120 patients with nasal CT scanning were divided into four groups, with 30 cases in each respectively. The parameters were the same except the current including group A (150 mAs), group B (100 mAs), group C(50 mAs) and group D(care dose 4D technology), the dose length product (DLP) among four groups was compared by one-way analysis of variance. Results With tube current decreasing, radiation dosage descent, the comparisons among groups A, B, C were statistically significant, the comparison between group C and group D1 was not statistically significant, the image quality of group D1 was better than group C, while, the group D2 had the lower radiation dosage. Conclusion Care dose 4D technology can automatically adjust the tube current intensity and effectively reduce the radiation dosage, which is helpful to the clinical e- valuation.
