摘　　要：目的分析和探讨18 F-FDG PET/CT检查中棕色脂肪组织(BAT)摄取的规律和特点。方法回顾性分析2011年7月~2012年6月间6759例次行18F-FDG PET/CT全身检查的受检者图像,采用视觉和半定量法分析并记录各部位BAT 18F-FDG摄取的SUVmax,并采用统计学方法分析BAT 18F-FDG摄取的影像学特征。结果55例次(0.81%)有不同程度BAT摄取:显影主要出现在寒冷季节,女性比例(1.93%)高于男性(0.59%),平均年龄明显低于无BAT摄取者(P<0.001),但体重指数无显著性差异(P>0.05);特征性表现为对称性分布于颈部、锁骨上区、腋窝、脊柱两旁、纵隔血管间隙及肾周的摄取。BAT显影部位的数目与摄取的SUVmax呈正相关(r=0.41,P<0.05)。结论 BAT摄取具有一定的发生规律和特征表现,通过熟悉和掌握BAT图像特点,可减少PET/CT医师对BAT显影的误判。Objective To analyse the patterns and the characteristics of 18F-FDG uptake in brown adipose tissue （BAT） on PET/CT imaging. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 6759 patients who received whole-body PET/CT in Renji Hospital from July 2011 to June 2012. In patients with BAT uptake, the images were reviewed and the maximum standardized uptake value（SUVmax）was measured semiquantitatively. The imaging characteristics of BAT up- take were analyzed by statistical methods. Results Of the 6759 patients, 55 patients （0.81%） were identified to be with BAT uptake, especially during cold seasons. The proportion of female （1.93%） was far more than that of male （0.59%）. Patients with BAT uptake were more younger than patients without （37.60±12. 35） y vs （54. 44 ± 13. 99） , （ P〈 0. 001）. Although there was no significant difference in BMI between patients with brown fat, they tended to be thinner （BMI, 21.69±4.30 vs 22.72±3.67, P〉0.05） than patients without. BAT uptake was symmetrically observed at the neck regions, supraclavieular area, both sides of spinal columne, mediastinum and perinephric areas. The number of 18F- FDG uptake areas were positively correclated with SUVmax value （ r =0.41, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The imaging ap- pearances and distribution of 18F-FDG uptake in BAT showed certain characteristics, which should be familiar with and mastered by the PET/CT diagnostician in order to decrease the rate of false positive diagnosis.
