摘　　要：目的：检验中文版儿童生命质量家庭影响模块（C-PedsQLwFIM）的信效度，以完善该量表在哮喘患儿家长群体中的跨文化调适，为评估儿童哮喘对家长生命质量及家庭功能的影响提供有效的测评工具。方法：对165位哮喘患儿家长进行C-PedsQLTMFIM测试，采用中文版儿童哮喘控制测试问卷（C-CACT）评估患儿的哮喘控制情况，检验C—PedsQL TM FIM的信度和效度。结果：C-PedsQL TM FIM经过主成分分析方差最大化正交旋转，共抽提出7个因子，各因子贡献率在13．237％～6．231％之间，累积贡献率为70．603％。C—PedsQL TM FIM与C—CACT的相关系数为0．425（P〈0．01），各因子与C-CACT的相关系数在0．208—0．477之间（P〈0．01）。C—PedsQL TNM FIM的Cronbach’α系数为0．960，各因子的Cronbach’α系数在0．830～0．932之间。结论：C—PedsQL TM FIM具有较好的信效度，可作为一项客观的测评工具用于评估儿童哮喘对家长及家庭的影响。Objective： To test the validity and reliability of C-PedsQLTM FIM in asthmatic children＇s parents,and then provide an effective tool to measure the astnma＇s influence in parents＇ quality of life and family functioning. Methods： Investigation of the scale was conducted in 165 caregivers of asthmatic children, C-CACT was used to test patients＇ asthma control condition, and the data were used to evaluate the scale＇s reliability and validity. Results： Seven factors was extracted from C-PedsQLTM FIM by the method of varimax orthogonal rotation of principal component analysis. The contribution rate of each factor was 13.237% to 6.231% and the cumulative contribution rate was 70.603%. The correlation coefficient between C-PedsQLTM FIM and C-CACT was 0.425 （P 〈0.01）, which for each factor was 0.208 - 0.477 （P〈0.01）. The coefficient of Cronbach＇s a in C-PedsQLTM FIM was 0.960, which for each factor was ranged from 0.830 to 0.932. Conclusion： The reliability and validity of C-PedsQLTM FIM are good enough for meeting influence in caregivers and their family in China. psychometric standard. It＇s suitable to assess the asthma＇s
