摘　　要：采用长柄链格孢和茄病镰刀菌进行培养腐烂茎线虫的比较试验,接种量为20条,在27℃黑暗条件下培养60 d.结果表明,长柄链格孢适合培养腐烂茎线虫,线虫的培养量平均为26800条·管-1.Ditylenchus destructor was cultured by Alternaria longipes and Fusarium solani. Twenty D. destructor were inoculated per test tube, cultured at 27 ℃ under darkness for 60 days. The results showed that the A.longipes was a good fungus to cttlture D. de- structor, the number of D. destructor was up to 26800 per test tube.
