摘  要:以丙三醇和2%质量分数硼酸的复配物为防腐剂,以脲醛树脂胶为胶黏剂,采用响应面分析法对室内用马尾松防腐胶合板的制作工艺进行优化,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)进行表征分析.结果表明,马尾松防腐胶合板的最佳制作工艺为:防腐液中丙三醇的质量分数1.91%,干燥温度75℃,干燥时间4 h.在此条件下制作的马尾松防腐胶合板胶合强度为1.39 MPa,与理论预测值基本一致.FTIR分析表明硼酸与丙三醇混合后反应生成硼酸酯,硼酸酯对木材结构和胶粘剂的固化不会造成不良影响,因此制作的马尾松防腐胶合板胶合强度可以达到国家标准GB/T 9846-2004中Ⅱ类胶合板的要求.The techniques of preparing interior preserved plywood with preservatives (glycerol and 2% boric acid), urea-formalde- hyde resin and veneers masson pine using response surface methodology was optimized, and a mathematical model was made and tested. The plywood samples were then characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FrIR). The results showed that the optimum techniques were as follows: the mass fraction of glycerol was 1.91, the drying temperature was 75 ~C, drying time was 4 h. The bonding strength of preserved masson pine plywood prepared by the optimum technique was 1.39 MPa, which was in accord with the theoretical value. FTIR spectra showed that borate ester was obtained by the reaction of boric acid and glycerol, and the negative effect of borate ester on wood structure and bonding strength was little. Finally, the bonding strength of preserved masson pine ply- wood was accord with national standard such as GB/T 9846-2004 for plywood typeⅡ.
