国产牛皮准备工段工艺技术研究

摘　　要：研究国产牛皮在准备工段的工艺技术,围绕解决部位差、打开生长纹、去除皮垢及工艺平衡点进行了系统的工艺描述。介绍了提高山东、河南及新疆黄牛皮制革质量的准备工艺过程,为提高国产牛皮的品质,使制革企业重新认识国产牛皮提出建议。Beamhouse technology for domestic cowhide was studied. The key technologies were introduced, including promo- ting uniformness, opening growth marks, removing scud, balance of process. The beamhouse technologies of promoting the quality of Shandong cowhide and , Henan and Xinjiang cowhide were discussed. Some suggestions were put forward for improving quality of domestic making further understanding of domestic cowhide for tanneries.
