硫酸锆与二肽相互作用研究

摘　　要：以硫酸锆（Zr（SO4）2·4H2O）作为无铬金属复合鞣剂的替代物，以二肽作为皮革胶原的模拟物，选择了甘氨酰甘氨酸二肽、L-丙氨酰甘氨酸二肽、L-甘氨酰酪氨酸二肽与硫酸锆反应。当二肽与硫酸锆的摩尔比为1：2时，40℃的条件下反应5—6h，二肽反应完全。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、XRD等分析表明：在pH-1．5的条件下，硫酸锆与二肽中的羧基（-COOH）发生作用，锆离子（Zr4＋）与羧基离子（-COO-）形成离子键，同时由于二肽结构的特殊性，锆离子（Zr4＋）有可能与二肽酰胺键中羰基上的氧、氨基中的氮连接，形成五元环的螯合物。与离子键相比，这种作用较强，使得产物具有晶态。Basing on our research of the interaction chrome metal composite tanning alternative, dipeptide as between the amino acids and zirconium sulfate, zirconium sulfate as no the simulation of leather collagen, the interaction between zirconium sul- fate （Zr（SO4） 2· 4H2O） and dipeptides was studied, including glycyl - glycine, glycyl - L - tyrosine, L - alanyl - glycine. Dipeptides reacts completely when the mole ratio of dipeptide and zirconium sulfate is 1：2, at the temperature 40℃, under the conditions of the reaction 5 - 6h. The results from IR, NMR and XRD indicates that, Zirconium sulfate reacts mainly with carbox- yl group（--COOH） of dipeptides at low pH （pH ≈ 1.5 ） and they form electrovalent bond between zirconium ions （Z4＋ ） and the carboxyl anion （--CO0 - ）. At the same time, because of the special structure of dipeptide, zirconium ion （ Zr4 ＋ ） and the ox- ygen （O） of carbonyl form amido bond, the nitrogen（N） of amino group might form five -membered ring chelatecompounds. Com- paring with ionic, this effect is stronger, which make products being crystalline.
