摘　　要：对保证测量精度的同时又能适应电容生产企业现场快速测试要求的测量方案进行了讨论 .采用了减小测量误差的几项措施 ,通过 4个相位分量同时测量 ,缩短采样时间 。This method can measures four phase components simultaneously and so the sampling time can be reduced.The voltages on the tested capacitor and standard resistor are measured through different channel combinations in order to eliminate the errors resulting from the difference between channels.The method solves the problem of slow A/D conversion and thus increases the speed of the measuring instruments.
