摘  要:目的:确定地蒽酚水溶蜡棒对小鼠尾部颗粒细胞形成的影响。方法:应用小鼠鼠尾鳞片银屑病模型,以地蒽酚软膏制剂(0.5%)为对照,镜下观察不同浓度(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%)地蒽酚水溶蜡棒小鼠尾部皮肤颗粒细胞层的变化。结果:地蒽酚水溶蜡棒明显促进鼠尾部颗粒细胞形成,并与药物浓度相关。与软膏制剂相比,水溶蜡棒对鼠尾颗粒细胞形成促进作用相似,但刺激性和染色副作用明显降低。结论:地蒽酚水溶蜡棒是一种具有开发前景的银屑病外用药。Objective: To determine the effect of water-soluble dithranol wax stick on granular cells forma tion in the skin of mouse tails. Methods: The changes of granular cells were observed under microscope after water-soluble dithranol wax stick was applied on the mouse tail skin in different concentration (0.1% ,0.2% 0.3%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%) in a mouse psoriasis model. Dithranol ointment (0.5%) was used as control. Results : Water-soluble dithranol wax stick significantly promoted the formation of granular cells in a dose-de pendent manner. The granular cells formation in water-soluble dithranol wax stick group was comparable to the ointment group, but less irritation and staining. Conclusion: Water-soluble dithranol wax stick is a promising osoriasis medication.
