电灼术联合聚甲酚磺醛治疗化脓性肉芽肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价电灼术联合聚甲酚磺醛治疗化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效。方法：选择77例化脓性肉芽肿患者电灼治疗，术后给予聚甲酚磺醛止血、抗感染。结果：手术时间1-10min，出血量0～0．5mL。随访3个月，一次性治愈74例（96．1％），显效3例（3．9％）。结论：电灼法联合聚甲酚磺醛治疗化脓性肉芽肿效果显著，手术时间短，操作简单易行，止血效果好。Objective： To assess the clinical efficacy of electrocautery combined with policresulen in the treatment of pyogenic granuloma （PG）. Methods ： Seventy-seven patients with PG were treated with electro- cautery in a combination with policresulen enternal for the blood-stopping and anti-infection. Results： The operation time was 1 - 10 min, with amount of bleeding from 0~0.5 mL. All the patients were followed for 3 months. Seventy-four patients （96.1% ） were cured with one treatment and 3 patients showed excellent result （3.9%）. Conclusion： This treatment method is safe and effective, with good hemostatic effect, less time consuming, simple and less complications.
