摘  要:分别应用区带电泳法和阳离子树脂交换法测定了新型潜在心肌灌注显像剂99mTcN TBI的电荷性质 ,且在相同条件下测定了99mTc TBI的电荷性质 ,并进行了比较 .电泳实验结果显示 ,有放射性活度的 73.1%的99mTcN TBI滞留于原点 ,而同样条件下有放射性活度的 97.4 %的99mTc TBI移向负极 ;在阳离子树脂交换实验中 ,99mTcN TBI的lgD pH直线斜率x =0 .12 ,而相应的99mTc TBI的lgD pH直线斜率x =0 .86.这 2种实验结果均表明 ,99mTcNThe charge property of a new potential myocardial perfusion imaging agent 99m TcN TBI is confirmed by electrophoresis and cationic resin exchange experiments, and the charge property of 99m TcN TBI is compared with that of 99m Tc TBI. The results in electrophoresis experiment indicate that 99m TcN TBI complex (about 73.1%) does not migrate from the origin point at all conditions, while 99m Tc TBI complex (about 97.4%) migrates toward negative pole. In the cationic resin exchange experiment the linear slopes of lg D pH for 99m TcN TBI and 99m Tc TBI are 0.12 and 0.86, respectively. The results obtained show that 99m TcN TBI complex is neutral, while known 99m Tc TBI complex is charged with positive mono valence.
