摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种严重危害养猪业的病毒性传染病,该病每年给全球养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。目前用于防控该病最有效的方法是疫苗接种,由于传统疫苗存在一些不足之处,对于根除该病仍然存在较大难度。核酸疫苗作为一种新型疫苗,不仅能诱导机体产生体液免疫应答和细胞免疫应答,而且具有较多优点。论文主要就猪繁殖与呼吸综合征核酸疫苗的作用机制、优缺点,以及研究现状进行简要综述,以期为PRRS核酸疫苗研究和该病的防控提供参考。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS）is a viral infectious disease for the swine industry.Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV）is the causative disease agent of the disease.It has caused great economic losses every year in the pig industry worldwide.Currently the most effective measures to prevent the disease is vaccination.Due to some disadvantages,traditional vac-cines can not eradicate the disease compeletely.As a new type of vaccine,DNA vaccine can induce the body to produce the humoral immune response and cellular immune response simultaneously,it has many advan-tages.Thesis focused on the action mechanism of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome nucleic acid vaccine,the advantages and disadvantages.This review may provide the beneficial reference to research PRRS nucleic acid vaccine and control the disease.
