摘　　要：代谢组学是近年发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低分子质量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的新学科。论文对代谢组学的概况及研究方法进行了介绍,并对代谢组学分析技术在生殖领域中的最新应用进行了综述。利用代谢组学分析技术对卵泡液、精液及体外受精胚胎的培养基进行研究,发现多种可能与卵母细胞,精子的活力及体外受精胚胎发育潜能相关的生物标记物。在对精液的代谢组学研究中,还发现了可能用于生殖器官癌症诊断的生物标记物。代谢物易获得且对机体损伤小,因此利用代谢组学分析技术寻找与疾病相关的生物标记物,再通过检测机体生物标记物的变化,判断机体的生理状态已成为代谢组学的研究趋势之一。Metabonomics is a newly developed subject used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze all lowmolecular weight metabolites in an organism or cell in recent years.In this paper,the general situation andresearch methods of metabonomics were summarized,and applications of metabonomics analysis of the lat-est research progress in the field of reproduction were introduced.When the technique was adopted to studythe follicular fluid,semen and medium for in vitro embryo culture,several biomarkers possibly relatedwith the vitality of oocytes or sperms and the reproductive potential of embryos were found.In metabo-nomic study on semen,the possible biomarkers for genital cancer diagnosis were also found.The metaboliteis easy to obtain and little harmful to the body,so using metabonomic analysis techniques to find biomark-ers associated with disease,then judging the body＇s physiological state by detecting changes in the biomar-kers have become one of the trends of metabonomics study.
