秸秆沼气集中供气工程经济可行性实证与模拟分析

摘　　要：研究以河南、山东和江苏3省的6个秸秆沼气集中供气工程为例,利用成本效益分析方法,对其经济可行性进行比较分析;继而利用情景分析法,对不同工程规模和不同沼气收费价格的秸秆沼气集中供气工程的经济性进行了模拟分析。结果表明,在缺乏政府投资扶持的情况下,秸秆沼气集中供气工程严重缺乏经济可行性,大多数只能保本或微利运营。The economic feasibility of straw biogas projects for central gas supply were analyzed adopting the method of cost-benefit analysis based on 6 cases of straw biogas project from Henan,Shandong and Jiangsu Province.Afterwards,the simulation analysis adopting scenario method were carried out to analyze the economic efficiency of central straw biogas projects with different scale and different biogas price.The results showed that,without the government investment support,the straw biogas projects for central gas supply were lack of economy feasibility,most of them can only keep breakeven or slight profit.
