摘　　要：本文从企业家精神和企业家思维模式角度,分析了并购基金普通合伙人的人力资本特质,提出了综合型企业家的概念,即兼具金融与产业两种背景的综合型企业家,认为西方并购型股权投资基金合伙人主要是综合型企业家。结合国内并购型股权基金的发展,讨论了培育综合型企业家,推动产融结合、将股权基金引入国有企业重组和转型发展等政策建议。From the perspective of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindset, this article analyses the human capital characteristics of general partners of buyout funds. The paper introduces the concept of integrated-entrepreneur, that is, an entrepreneur has both financial and industrial backgrounds, and presents that buyout funds partners in the West are mainly integrated-entrepreneurs. Combined with the development of China＇s buyout funds, we propose to foster integrated-entrepreneurs, promote the combination between industry and finance, and introduce buyout funds into the reorganization and transformation of state-owned enterprises.
