摘 要:分析某汽车覆盖件的结构特点和冲压工艺性,并根据实际生产经验、条件制定多步成形工艺方案。运用AUTOFORM对覆盖件的多步成形过程进行模拟,得到板料多步成形后的成形极限图(FLD)、成形性云图和减薄率云图,模拟结果良好。对覆盖件进行试冲试验,得到冲压质量合格的产品。模拟和试验结果表明,该多步成形工艺方案可行,有限元模拟软件AUTOFORM可以有效指导冲压成形工艺的制定。The structural characteristics and stamping process of an automobile panel were analyzed. Combined with the actual production experience and the present production conditions, the multi-step forming scheme of the automobile panel was formulated. The multi-step forming process of the automobile panel was simulated by the AUTOFORM, and then the forming limit dia- gram (FLD), the formability contour and the thinning contour were obtained, and the stamping experiment was carried out. The simulation results were consistent well with the experiments. Thus the feasibility of the multi-step forming process scheme was verified. The results showed that the finite element simulation software AUTOFORM used to guide the formulation of the stam- ping process was valid.
