城市既有社区防灾空间系统改造策略研究

摘　　要：基于我国城市既有社区普遍缺乏防灾理念,存在诸多安全隐患的现实,引入社区防灾空间系统理念,并对该系统宏观、中观、微观3个层面的防灾要素与防灾机能进行剖析,详细提出了社区防灾空间结构与形态、社区防救灾空间体系以及社区防救灾设施体系的改造策略,以期为既有社区防灾改造的研究与实践提供一定的借鉴参考。Unaware of the necessity to prevent disasters,existing urban communities are generally venerable to safe potential safety hazards.This paper introduces the system of disaster-prevention space,and dissects the system onto macro,medium and micro levels to analyze disaster prevention elements and functions.It proposes reconstructing strategies concerning structure and morphology of disaster-prevention space,systems of disaster-prevention space and disaster-relief space,and facilities needed.It aims to provide reference for the research and management of transforming urban existing communities.
