摘　　要：以柏林的4个多代居案例为观察对象,从合作机制及设计策略两个方面对德国多代居的组织方式进行调研分析,探讨非血缘关系的多代居如何成功聚集不同年龄且来自各个家庭的住户,满足其各自需求并鼓励住户的互动,从而达到帮助照顾老年人的目的。Based on the analysis of four typical cases in Berlin,this paper examines the multi-cooperative mechanisms and design strategies of the organizational structure of multi-generation housing in Germany.It aims to answer questions such as how multi-generation housing successfully puts people of different ages and different families together,how it satisfies people＇s diverse needs and facilitates interaction among residents that helps taking care of the elderly,etc.
