摘　　要：通过对建于1928年的上海光陆大楼建筑及设备设计的分析,进而探讨了近代上海建筑设备发展演进的特征和与建筑发展的相互关系,并引发了对于历史建筑设备系统研究重要性的认识。Based on an analysis of architectural equipments of Capitol Building built in 1928 in Shanghai,this paper discusses some characteristics of the evolution of architectural equipments in Shanghai,and the relevance to the development of modern architecture in Shanghai,which brings to surface the importance of study of architectural equipments in historic buildings.
