摘　　要：以上海某石库门住宅改造项目为例,分别从空间、设施、结构3个方面的改造策略进行了分析和介绍,即三维立体模式的空间增扩与重构、设施的完善、轻木结构的运用等。以单个居住功能的石库门住宅为出发点,从建筑单体内部探寻切实可行的改善与提高历史街区中居住型石库门建筑中居住者生活条件的方法,发现其内部空间拓展及空间制造与重构策略,尝试为大量存在的、居住条件恶劣、亟待改善的石库门里弄住宅的自发式更新改造提供新的方法、角度与可能性。Taking the renovation of 0.8 Shikumen style house on Tangshan Road in Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes and introduces three strategies of reconstruction,i.e.space,facilities and structure,which corresponds to three dimensional spatial expansion and reconstruction,the improvement of household facilities and the use of light wood structure,respectively.It attempts to achieve a plausible method for Shikumen style buildings in historic districts to improve living conditions,and to find strategies for expansion and reconstruction of interior spaces.It aims to provide a new way for spontaneous reconstruction by inhabitants living in Shikumen style buildings.
